Kumasi and selected nearby areas

3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on location and product availability.
Typical delivery estimates:
Obuasi and nearby areas: Same day or within 24 hours
Kumasi selected areas: Same day or within 24 to 48 hours
Other locations: Timeline to be confirmed before dispatch
Delivery may be delayed by prescription verification, payment confirmation, traffic, weather conditions, public holidays, stock availability, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Prescription Orders
Some medicines may require a valid prescription before delivery.
Where a prescription is required, customers may be asked to upload or send a clear copy of the prescription before the order is processed.
Estel Chemist LTD reserves the right to refuse, delay, or cancel delivery of any medicine where:
The prescription is unclear, expired, incomplete, or suspicious
The medicine requires professional review before supply
The order may not be safe or appropriate for the patient
Regulatory or pharmacy practice requirements are not met
5. Cold-Chain and Temperature-Sensitive Products
Some products, such as insulin, vaccines, certain injections, and other temperature-sensitive medicines, require special handling.
Delivery of such products may be restricted to selected locations and may require special arrangements.
Customers must be available to receive these items promptly upon delivery.
6. Delivery Charges

The applicable delivery fee will be communicated or displayed before the order is completed.
7. Payment Before Delivery

9. Receiving Your Order
Customers are advised to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

Any issue with the order should be reported immediately, preferably within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers may request delivery to another person.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the recipient is available, properly identified, and authorised to receive the order.
For prescription medicines, Estel Chemist LTD may request additional confirmation before releasing the product.
12. Order Changes After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, changes to delivery address, product selection, or delivery time may not always be possible.
Where a change is possible, additional charges or delays may apply.
13. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact Estel Chemist LTD immediately.
