Job Summary

Estel Chemist LTD is looking for a reliable and disciplined Delivery Driver/Rider to support our pharmacy delivery service. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering medicines, health products, and customer orders safely, quickly, and professionally.

The company will provide the motorcycle for delivery duties.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver customer orders safely and on time.
Pick up and dispatch products from assigned Estel Chemist branches.
Confirm customer details before delivery.
Handle medicines and health products with care.
Collect payment where applicable and submit it accurately.
Keep delivery records and report completed deliveries.
Maintain good customer service during delivery.
Report failed deliveries, delays, or customer complaints immediately.
Ensure the company motorcycle is kept clean and handled responsibly.
Follow all road safety rules and company delivery procedures.
Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.
Assist with simple errands or branch logistics when required.

Requirements

Must be able to ride a motorcycle confidently.
Must be familiar with Obuasi and nearby communities.
Must be honest, punctual, respectful, and hardworking.
Must have good communication skills.
Must be able to use WhatsApp and phone calls for delivery coordination.
Previous delivery experience is an advantage.
Pharmacy or healthcare delivery experience is an added advantage.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet delivery timelines.
