– **Chloral Hydrate (20 mg per 5 ml):** Serves as a mild sedative to help calm the child.
– **Belladonna Extract (0.2 mg per 5 ml):** Acts as an anticholinergic agent to reduce gum swelling and excessive salivation.
– **Calcium Carbonate (50 mg per 5 ml):** Functions as an antacid to soothe the stomach and neutralize acid.
**Indications:**

**Dosage Instructions:**
– **Ages 3–6 months:** Administer 2.5 ml (half a teaspoon) three to four times daily.

**Precautions:**
