Bonjela Baby Gel is a topical oral gel designed to relieve teething pain and discomfort in babies. It soothes sore gums and helps reduce inflammation associated with teething.

Mechanism of Action: Contains active ingredients such as choline salicylate (a pain reliever and anti-inflammatory agent) and cetalkonium chloride (an antiseptic). Choline salicylate helps reduce pain and inflammation by blocking pain signals, while cetalkonium chloride helps prevent infection by killing bacteria in the affected area.
Common Forms: Available as a small tube of gel, typically 8.3 grams.
Dosage Instructions: Apply a small amount of gel directly to the baby’s sore gums up to 3 to 4 times a day. Use only as directed and avoid swallowing. Do not exceed the recommended dose or duration without medical advice.
