– For postherpetic neuralgia, the recommended dose is 75-150 mg twice daily or 50-100 mg three times daily.
– For partial onset seizures, the recommended dose is 150-600 mg/day, divided into two or three doses.
– For fibromyalgia, the recommended dose is 300-450 mg/day, divided into two doses.
– Dosage adjustments are necessary for patients with renal impairment.
