Dosage Instructions:
– Adults and children weighing 35 kg and above: Take four tablets at the time of diagnosis, followed by four tablets at 8, 24, 36, 48, and 60 hours thereafter, totaling 24 tablets over 60 hours.
– Children and infants weighing 5 kg to less than 35 kg: The dosage varies based on body weight, with one to three tablets per dose, following a similar schedule.
