– Children weighing 11–20 kg: 1 tablet once daily

– Start 1–2 days before entering a malarious area, continue daily during the stay, and for 7 days after leaving.
– **For Malaria Treatment:**
– Children weighing 5–8 kg: 2 tablets once daily for 3 days
– Children weighing 9–10 kg: 3 tablets once daily for 3 days
– Children weighing 11–20 kg: 1 adult tablet once daily for 3 days
– Children weighing 21–30 kg: 2 adult tablets once daily for 3 days
– Children weighing 31–40 kg: 3 adult tablets once daily for 3 days
