Polygynax Pess 12’s is a pharmaceutical product consisting of vaginal pessaries (suppositories) used primarily to treat vaginal infections.
It contains a combination of three active ingredients: neomycin (an antibiotic), polymyxin B (an antibiotic), and nystatin (an antifungal).
This combination targets a broad spectrum of bacteria and fungi, effectively treating mixed infections of the female genital tract such as bacterial vaginosis and candidiasis.
