Description
Pyloin Ointment is an Ayurvedic topical medication used to treat hemorrhoids (piles) and anal fissures. It combines several herbal ingredients known for their therapeutic properties.
The ointment contains Lodhra (Symplocos racemosa), Daruharidra (Berberis aristata), Mocharas (Salmalia malabarica), Kokam oil (Garcinia indica), Karpur (Cinnamomum camphora), and Sesame oil (Sesamum indicum). These components work together to reduce inflammation, control bleeding, and promote healing of the affected area.
Pyloin Ointment is typically applied locally to the affected area 2 to 4 times daily. For enhanced effectiveness, a hot water sitz bath is recommended before application.
Common side effects are rare but may include mild skin irritation or allergic reactions. If any adverse reactions occur, it is advisable to discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
