– Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to citicoline or parasympathetic hypertonia.
– Use with caution in cases of persistent intracranial hemorrhage; in such cases, administration should be very slow, at 30 drops per minute.
– May potentiate the effects of levodopa; co-administration with meclofenoxate-containing medications is not recommended.
