UPERIO Tab 200 mg contains a combination of Valsartan and Sacubitril.
Primary Uses:
– Used to treat heart failure with reduced ejection fraction.

– Combination of an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and a neprilysin inhibitor.
General Mechanism of Action:

– Sacubitril inhibits the enzyme neprilysin, which increases levels of beneficial natriuretic peptides, leading to vasodilation, reduction in blood volume, and decreased strain on the heart.
