– **For Laxative Use:**
– Adults and children over 12 years: 30 to 60 mL (2 to 4 tablespoons) once daily, preferably at bedtime.
– Children 6 to 12 years: 15 to 30 mL (1 to 2 tablespoons) once daily, preferably at bedtime.
– Children 2 to 6 years: 5 to 15 mL (1 to 3 teaspoons) once daily, preferably at bedtime.
– Shake the bottle well before each use.
– Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
**Side Effects and Cautions:**
– Possible side effects include diarrhea, abdominal cramping, and nausea.
– Prolonged use may lead to electrolyte imbalances.
– Not recommended for individuals with kidney disease without medical advice.
