Plasmox Herbal Mixture is a liquid herbal preparation used primarily for the treatment of malaria. It combines two active ingredients: Creptolepis sanguinolenta and Azadirachta indica.
Creptolepis sanguinolenta, commonly known as “N’koutou,” is a plant traditionally used in West Africa for its antimalarial properties. Azadirachta indica, or neem, is a tree whose leaves have been utilized in various cultures for their medicinal benefits, including antimalarial effects.
The recommended dosage for adults (18 years and above) is three tablespoonfuls (45 ml) taken twice daily after meals. For children aged 12 to 17 years, the suggested dosage is two tablespoonfuls (30 ml) taken twice daily after meals. It is important to note that this product is not recommended for children under 12 years of age, pregnant women, or lactating mothers.
Plasmox Herbal Mixture is typically available in a 330 ml bottle. Storage should be in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
